The Story:
My brother got married over a month ago. It’s tradition for our friends and family to have 2 wedding receptions, one the day of the wedding where the bride is from, and then another a weeks later in the groom’s hometown. So this little event was held in Lake Oswego, Oregon. And yes, the rain did give us a hard time, but it was still beautiful!

Where did you buy the stand? I am doing a cupcake tower for my baby shower and would love one like this.
I bought the stand from The Smart Baker online, and I use little spots of hot glue on the corners to attach ribbons!

Hi, I’m doing a cupcake wedding next month- Bride and Groom went nuts when I showed them your website! We could use a couple of tips: How far in advance did you make the cupcakes? How many did you find that most guests wanted? Finally, WHEN WILL YOUR COOKBOOK COME OUT, AND HOW DO WE ORDER IT?!?!?!?!?
I plan to make 1 per guest because some will want two and some will want none. Most people get a few and share them so they can try all the flavors. I make the cupcakes the day before and then frost the day of! My cookbook is available for pre-order on Amazon right now, check today’s post!
