Cardamom bread. When I was a little girl, my Grandma’s friend (from Finland) would send over a fresh loaf of cardamom bread. It was so yummy and whenever I make it I am taken back to that time. My Grandma’s friend died a number of years ago and tomorrow in the one year anniversary of my Grandmothers death. So I keep their memory and tradition alive by making cardamom bread and my Grandma’s famous Swedish meatballs.

As for the color of the Kitchen Aid Mixer…ANY COLOR WOULD DO ME JUST FINE. I only have a hand held mixer…and like you…I truly enjoy baking and giving my creations away and just having a hand-held mixer…WELL it does get a bit tiresome for a Gal in her seventy-something years!!

What a fortuitous contest! My KitchenAid is 21 years old and on it’s last legs. I just this morning asked my husband for one for Christmas, although I doubt that will happen as they are expensive.

Well…to tell you which ONE recipe I would choose to make with my new KitchenAid Mixer from your list would be IMPOSSIBLE! I want to make them all!!!!
I think I would start with the Strawberry Pina Colada Cupcake, something light but decadent in the early morning. While making these strawberry cupcakes, why not whip up some Strawberry White Chocolate cupcakes too! Next I would slide into the Triple Threat Cupcakes..WOW they look AMAZING! I would throw in some homemade cookies like the oreos and the peanut butter chocolate chips for fun in the afternoon and end the evening with some melt in your mouth Tiramisu Cupcakes. AND that’s just the first day…I would start again on a new round of different recipes tomorrow! As you can see, I would keep my mixer going ALL the time!!!
