Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate Truffles

Servings 15 -20 truffles

Ingredients

  • 2 C. chocolate chips
  • 1 C. peanut butter creamy/smooth (You can use Nutella instead!)
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 C. unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a sauce pan, melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, vanilla extract, sugar and salt together and stir until smooth.
  2. 2. Pour into bowl or tupperware and let cool until firm enough to scoop.
  3. 3. Scoop out truffles (about 1 Tbsp or 1 1/2 Tbsp in size)
  4. 4. Put them on a plate and place in the fridge for 5 or so minutes.
  5. 5. Roll balls between your palms to smooth and make them round.
  6. 6. Roll in cocoa powder.
  7. 8. Drop into 1 C. of hot milk and stir! Top with marshmallows or whipped cream
