1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.

2. In a microwave proof bowl. melt butter and peanut butter together. Stir until smooth and then set in the fridge (or freezer for a shorter period of time) to let cool.

3. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt together.

4. In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat your peanut butter/butter with brown sugar and sugar for 2 minutes.

5. Add in the egg and egg yolk and vanilla extract and mix until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.

6. On slow, blend in the flour/baking soda/salt. Don't over mix.

7. Stir in chocolate chips and Butterfingers .

8. Form dough balls about the size of a golf ball and bake for 9-11 minutes. Careful not to over bake!
