Bunny Bundt Cakes

Ingredients

Chocolate Bundt Cakes

  • 1 box Devil's Food Cake Mix I prefer Pillsbury
  • 1 box chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk or milk

Chocolate Icing

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • Oreo Crumbs
  • Bunny PEEPS

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease bundt pans. I used a mid-sized mini bundt pan but you can use a true mini bundt pan!

  2. Combine all ingredients for chocolate bundt cake and stir until smooth.  Fill bundt pans 2/3 full and bake.  If you're using a mid-sized mini bundt pan like mine, bake for 17-20 minutes, if you're using a true mini bundt pan bake for 8-10 minutes or until and inserted knife comes out clean.

  3. Icing: Whisk all ingredients together.  Add more powdered sugar if you want the icing thicker!  Drizzle over cooled cakes and immediately sprinkle with crushed Oreos to make the cakes look like a bunny hole in the ground! Stick in Bunny PEEPS  and enjoy!
