
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix Devil's Food Cake mix, eggs and oil in a bowl, the dough will be thick.
Line cookie sheets with parchment paper and make dough balls smaller than the size of golf balls.
Place dough balls on lined baking sheets, about 12 per sheet and pat down to make disks with fingers.
Bake for 7-10 minutes.
Let cool on cookie sheets for 3 minutes and then move to cooling racks.
Filling: Beat cream cheese and butter for 3 minutes. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Thicken with more powdered sugar if needed.
Frost the bottoms of half the cookies with the cream filling (once cooled) and sandwich them with the unfrosted cookies!
