Honey Mustard Chex Mix
Sweet and salty and addictive! This Chex Mix will be your new family favorite!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 tsp. dried mustard
- 3/4 tsp. salt
Chex Mix Mix-Ins
- 6 cups Chex cereal I use rice, corn and wheat
- 2 cups pretzels
- 1 1/2 cups white cheddar Cheez-its
- 1 cup Melba toast, broken into pieces optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
- Combine melted butter, honey, Dijion mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, dried mustard and salt. Pour over Chex Mix and stir until coated.
- Pour onto a cookie sheet and spread out evenly. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Stir every 20 minutes or so.
- Let cool and serve!
Notes
If you don't want to use Melba Toast, substitute for an extra cup of Chex cereal or nuts!
