Toasty Ghosty Cookie Skillet


I’m all about easy treats that feed a crowd, and this Toasty Ghosty Cookie Skillet is perfect for any party!  It’s warm and gooey and perfectly sticky with these cute ghost marshmallows!  Serve with fruit, graham crackers, pretzels or just a big scoop of ice cream.  I teamed up with Campfire® Marshmallows to bring you this spooky dish!  


Campfire® has two cute mallows out for Halloween, these Ghoster Roasters and cute pumpkin ones!  If you wanted to kick these up a notch you could use an edible marker to draw faces on the marshmallows before you toast them or draw them on after with some melted chocolate. Campfire® always has cute marshmallows for the holidays, I top my cupcakes with them all the time and people just love them!


How adorable are those toasted ghosts?! They really turn this chocolate chip cookie skillet into a perfectly spooky treat for Halloween.  Here’s a step my step of how I made this happen!

PS: Something I love about this recipe is that you can make however little or much you want!  You could make a whole casserole dish or you could just make one little serving in a cupcake pan!  And if you’re serving this to kids, you can line the pan with foil and then when it’s done just lift the foil out of the pan to take the cookie and mallows out of the hot pan!  Just set the foil/dessert on a plate and let the kids eat off of that!

Toasty Ghosty Cookie Skillet


Cookie Dough (I used store bought)
Campfire® Ghoster Roaster Marshmallows


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Press cookie dough into your skillet (or a pie pan or cake pan) and bake for 8-15 minutes depending on the thickness of dough and how gooey you want it to be!
3. Remove from oven and place marshmallows on top!
4. Return to the oven on BROIL for 2-3 minutes. Watch as the marshmallows brown because depending on your oven they can quickly burn if left in too long.
5. Serve with fruit, graham crackers or ice cream!
