Happy Mother’s Day!

I hope everyone is taking this day to call, skype, or treat your mother to breakfast in bed!  My mother and I made these fabulous Cookies & Cream Cupcakes this morning and will be taking them around to friends later today.

The Story:

When I was about 10, my mother and I had these matching dresses we would wear to Church. They were mid-calf, white with purple flowers with very blousey sleeves.  The two dresses were exactly the same.  Now, we have a more…grown-up way of matching.
